How do I get a voice memo into vibecatcher?
Three ways: record straight into the iOS app (the + button on any vibelette), share from Apple’s Voice Memos app with the share button and pick Vibecatcher, or drag the file onto a vibelette on the web.
Who can see my stuff?
Nobody, until you act. Sending a vibe creates a private link; casting publishes it on the public casts page. Everything else stays yours alone. Details live in the privacy policy.
How does the zine thing work?
Make a zine vibelette, fill its eight page frames with scraps, then press it. You get a one-page PDF: print it single-sided, fold it in half twice, cut the middle slit, and fold it into a little eight-page zine. Paper handles the rest.
Something didn't upload or won't play
Check your connection first; uploads retry when you’re back online. If a scrap is stuck, delete it and bring it in again. Still broken? Email us with the file type and roughly when you uploaded it.
How do I delete my account?
In the iOS app: Settings, then Delete Account. It removes your account, every vibe and scrap, and your uploaded files, immediately and permanently. You can also email us from your account address and we’ll do it within 30 days.
Billing questions
Plans and prices live on the pricing page. Payments run through Stripe; you can cancel any time and keep your plan through the period you paid for. Anything weird on a charge, email us and we’ll sort it.
